Hovaling: Meeting with the Minister of the Interior


20.12.2020, at the established Headquarters for the rational use of electricity under the Minister of Internal Affairs, Colonel-General of Militia Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro, a meeting was held with the participation of the chairman of the Khovaling region, chairmen of rural jamoats, villages, settlements, settlements, local residents, persons responsible for energy supply , heads of enterprises and departments of the Khovaling district.

The Minister of Internal Affairs noted in his speech that it is necessary to rationally use electricity and reduce its use by 50%.
Also, for landscaping and environmental improvement, it was decided to additionally plant 20 thousand more evergreen and shade-forming trees, including ornamental trees; chestnut, magnolia, conifers and other trees.
Old and faded trees will be replaced with new saplings to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Tajikistan's State Independence.
Along with this, he carefully treats the planted trees so that large and small pets cannot harm them.
It was noted that it is necessary to seriously prepare for competitions, sports competitions, recitation of poetry and books. Competitions and sizes of prizes to stimulate youth will be determined.
The Minister of Internal Affairs, continuing his speech, noted that he had visited schools and hospitals, which will be provided with coal reserves at their own expense.
It was also emphasized that in order to prevent natural disasters, the arrival of mudflows during heavy rainfall, industry problems should be studied and taken into account for their prevention.
It was also noted that the Khovaling region is rich in nature, and its mild climate is conducive to the development of beekeeping and honey production. In this regard, beekeeping will develop, the products of which will be exported outside the country.
In addition, recommendations were given on the collection of mountain medicinal plants and their sale to tourists for this, it is necessary to create trading stalls.


In continuation of the meeting, it was emphasized that 6903 farms operate in the Khovaling district and 1430 farms operate in the Khovaling town until today, meetings with all local residents were held, to whom the Leader of the Nation was thanked for his active participation in the parliamentary and presidential elections of the Republic of Tajikistan, which took place in a peaceful and calm atmosphere.

At the end of the meeting, the Minister of Internal Affairs noted that the population of the Khovaling District is 58,143 people. Our motto - Let's make Hovaling a blooming land!
It should be noted that today the Minister of Internal Affairs personally walked through the center of the Khovaling District and the surrounding area, identified shortcomings and gave a number of specific instructions to responsible persons and law enforcement agencies to eliminate them.
