On May 20, 2019, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Colonel-General Militia Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro met with a delegation of the People’s Republic of China under the leadership of the Director General of the China International Center for Economic and Technical Exchange of the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, Mr. Yan Dong.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Minister of the Interior, Colonel-General of Militia Rakhimzoda Ramazon Hamro, welcoming the Chinese delegation, noted that China is among our key strategic partners, and we express our satisfaction with the growing process of bilateral relations, including at a high level.
It was also noted that year after year the interaction between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Public Security of the PRC is developing and strengthening on the basis of signed bilateral and multilateral treaties.
It is gratifying to note that we are currently cooperating with the largest Chinese supplier of two-way radio communications company “Hytera”.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on strengthening the material and technical base of the internal affairs bodies and made a number of useful suggestions.
The meeting was held in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding.
