The 41-year-old resident of Dushanbe addressed the militia authorities with the fact that on Sino Street of the capital, an unknown person threatened him with a knife, dropped him out of a Toyota-Corola vehicle, then sat behind the wheel and disappeared in an unknown direction.
When carrying out operational-search measures, militia officers detained a 19-year-old local resident, the stolen vehicle was returned to the owner.
On this fact a criminal case was instituted, an investigation is being conducted.
