The best videos offered by the "Mobile Reporter" will be evaluated by the commission of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan. In addition, based on the results of the quarter, if the posted video is considered the best, regardless of the reward received, it will be re-encouraged.
"Mobile reporter" using social networks, such as; Viber, Vatsap (WhatsApp), IMO (IMO), Telegrams (Telegrams), Wechat (WeChat) will be able to send their news, messages, videos, on the mobile number + 992 939 222 111 and e-mail of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan vkd.tj@mail.ru  info@vkd.tj in the operational mode.
Citizens will be able to send their materials in three languages; Tajik, Russian and English.
