On the initiative of the Interior Minister, Militia Colonel- General Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, was launched  help phone in 1919 in all divisions of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Citizens can use this number through mobile networks, (GPRS, CDMA), and also from city and work numbers to contact this service on the territory of the republic to express their complaint or appeal.
